Amazing views and excellent food choices!
We had an lovely vacation with a Beautiful Family Room offering amazing views directly over the beach and pool. The variety of dining options at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with fresh dishes served daily that catered to our entire family's preferences. The on-site entertainment team kept our kids entertained with fun activities. One area for improvement would be the speed of drink service during busy times at the restaurant.

The hotel is very nice. There are a lot of content for children, so a big hit for families, but for couples is perhaps a bit boring. Otherwise a very friendly staff, professional, organization is perfect. It is very pure, is a nice garden, with lots of flowers, the rooms are spacious, the food is excellent. I recommend it.
What is missing is a beach hotel. It has its own beach, but it is not pretty. There are a lot of grass and not convenient for swimming. Pay table and chairs is not right because the hotel is at a high level, and this is his and minus. It is located in a place that has very little, practiclly village and with out of car, you do not belong here.

It was very romantic to walk in the heaven garden and taste the nice kitchen.
I would like at least 1 Bulgarian tv channel because a lot of tourists come from Bulgaria ,plus cnn, one sport and music channels.

Great impression, friendly staff, clean and quite location, excellent food. Affordable price.
Couldn't use the wireless internet because of lack of coverage, but it is excusable before beginning of the season.

The poolside relaxation options were decent, and the garden walks offered scenic views that were a nice touch. The family activity programs were engaging for the kids.
Food quality was inconsistent at best with limited variety. Most meals felt repetitive without much traditional flavor. Issues like hot water shortages in the evening and a few hours without electricity dampened the experience. The lack of free water during dinner felt unreasonable for a place at this level. The kids' playground was outdated and frankly, a bit dangerous, not aligning with what you'd expect from a family-friendly spot. Finally, the beach chairs were a paid add-on.

The hotel is of high performance to price ratio when we made the reservation. The food is good.
It's a little bit difficult to find the hotel, because there is no direction sign of the hotel on the main road.
